Lifestyle Counseling examines your day-to-day habits and routines to assess behaviors or patterns that could be contributing to poor health or risk factors for disease. By examining bedtime routines, eating patterns and daily functionality we can suggest slight adjustments using natural, noninvasive therapies to promote a healthier you. These can include dietary supplements, nutrition coaching, homeopathy, exercise therapy, aromatherapy and more. Naturopathic wellness focuses on the interconnectedness of all living things and utilizes the body's natural ability to heal.

YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS HERE
Initial consultation takes anywhere from one hour to hour and half. During which we review an individual's medical history and listen to their story including any present health complaints. Recommendations of healing therapies will be discussed as well as diagnostic testing ordered based on conditions being addressed. Follow up visit is usually arranged within 4 to 6 weeks to see how the counseling protocol is working out.
